• Tbilisi: Courier delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Regions of Georgia: Delivery to all locations via partner postal services. Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are not fixed; they are calculated automatically at checkout according to the postal operator's current rates.

3. In-Store Pickup (Free) You can pick up your order personally at our store:

• Address: 7 Tsotne Dadiani St, Tbilisi (Karvasla Shopping Center), 2nd Floor.
• Business Hours: Monday — Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Note: Please wait for an order confirmation from our manager before visiting the store.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to follow your parcel on the postal service's website.
