Returns and Exchanges

We understand that when buying footwear online, you may need to return an item. In accordance with Georgian Law on Consumer Protection, you have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receipt.

1. Return Conditions Items are eligible for return only if they meet the following criteria:

• No signs of wear: Footwear must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, scratches on the soles, or deformations.
• Full packaging: Original box, all tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact.
• Proof of purchase: Order confirmation or receipt is required.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns

• The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to the seller.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect, Elvi.ge will cover the transportation costs.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed exclusively to the original bank card used for the purchase.
• Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
